SIMILAN ISLANDS LIVEABOARD TRIP # 21 (08/01/09)

"Is there anybody who wants some Seasickness Tablets??"
It was a little bit windy on the way out today, otherwise it was a lovely day on our journey out to the Similans. This trip we've got Tuk was a trip leader, Ricky -our wicked instructor, who came along and taught an Open Water Diver Course, Rich from the UK had the honors of leading our fun divers, and Paul our newest divemaster took charge with the snorkelers on this trip. Oh yeah! Gudrun the Wicked Diving's DMT.,also out for some great fundiving.

The first location was Turtle Rock, at Island #8 in the northern part of the Similans. It was such a great spot because the other side of the island was still windy... we even ended our dive with a massive Green Turtle-lovely, wasn't it? Next stop, North Point always a great choice...Octopus, Blue Spotted Stingray and lots of swim throughs. Bangu Bay - nice and calm with such good visibility, showed us schooling Fusiliers and Yellow Snappers followed by an awesome surface interval and swimming with 2 different Turtles, WOW!. Great fun on the night dive at Donald Duck Bay...a swimming Giant Moray Eel, and tons of Lionfish, so cool. Hard core dive spot Elephant Head Rock was unbelievable. There was no current anywhere, Hawksbill Turtle and the most popular swim through in the Similans! Premchai Wreck was the wicked bonus choice of the trip. Maximum depth is only 2o m. With an abundance of Scorpianfish, Lionfish, and tonnes of different species of Nudibranchs.
There's no wicked trip without you guys so we'd like to thank you for choosing WICKED and visiting our paradise.
-Tommy and Ann from Singapore
-Xavier, (papa) Kiko and (moma) Lucia and also two friends who joined the trip Rafa and Felix.
-Matt and Bob from the USA. another Matt from the UK.
