Similan Islands Liveaboard - April 14-16th

Another successful trip on Wicked Diving's Similan Liveaboard, this time we ventured to the Northern Similan Islands! With Captain Kaew at the helm (helped along by Poh and Nuk), and Pi Pa and Pi Lek providing the mouth-watering meals, our team of intrepid divers headed to some of the beautiful dive sites the Similans have to offer, including Anita's Reef, East and West of Eden, North Point, Tree Trees and Koh Bon.

Ably assisted by nearly signed off Divemaster Trainees - Lucy and Mick - Marcel, Therese and Sam led our guests Kiersten, Madeline, Rebecca, Michael, Andy, Brad, Barbara, Chantal and Anja

Christian and Sara completed their Open Water course with Karin and experienced their first few fun dives as certified divers - congratulations on finishing up, and welcome to the word of diving!
Who believes in Santa Claus?! Well, we're a little while away from Christmas, but Easter's just passed, and we were lucky enough to have a visit from the Easter Bunny on this trip! DMT Mick looked just the part - whilst not usually a sea-loving animal, this rabbit was more than happy to bounce around underwater and enjoy the marine life!

Just a few highlights of the trip were the turtles and a fantastic sighting of egg-laying cuttlefish, plus a huge school of barracuda, and loads of Kuhls stingrays, both chilling out in the sand, and swimming across the corals.

Above water, the usual Wicked games took place
in the evenings to provide guests with some entertainment. Seemed the name game caused a bit of confusion this trip as Marcel and Christian desperately tried to figure out what they were - would they ever guess that they were a parrotfish and Heidi respectively?!

Join us on one of our Similan liveaboard tours for an awesome time above and below the water!
