Not really our normal way of doing things, but for the past few months we have been using mobissimo to book flights and it has been a great service. The searches are better, more thorough and offer better options (like pointing out other great discounted flights to nearby areas -Stockholm queries will mention cheap flights to London) and they say (though I don't fly anywhere where Trains are an option) that they will let you know about deals on trains.
So far all aspects of the site have been great, including the ability to make each page look the way you want, with weather and time zones. Very cool stuff. Recommend it most anyone. And of course we'll putting it on the site as the best source for doing air travel bookings.
I will amend that and say that they do not carry to super budget airlines the proliferate in SE Asia right now, so the flights form bangkok to Phuket listed are not as cheap as the ones you get through tose various portals - like airasia.com or nokair.com
Don't worry, as those airlines have both online presence (not easy to use) or you can still just walk up to the counters at the airports and buy tickets for the next flights at reasonable prices.
